About webcasting

Broadcasting your event over the Internet is easier now than ever. CCNMatthews and our webcasting partners are there with you every step of the way, helping you stay focused and deliver your message.

Pre-production - Once you have selected a solution that fits your needs, we give you a checklist to simplify the process. You just need to provide us with the necessary information, bios and photos of your speakers, company information, speaker support slides if specified, a script in the case of multi-language webcasts, and other information that may be required.

Production - Webcasting is not intrusive. For a conference call, our partner simply dials into the call like any other participant, and broadcasts the signal over the Internet from its conference centre. For an on-site audio or video webcast, one or more technicians and computers are located out of sight, usually with the technical team required for the meeting.

Post-production - Shortly after the event, CCNMatthews will follow-up with you to get your comments and feedback, as they are of great value to us. After the event, you will receive your first traffic report covering the live event and the first 48 hours of archiving. At the end of the 90-day archive period (120 days for earnings calls), you will receive a traffic report covering that period. If your webcast required any type of registration, these reports will include a complete breakdown of your audience.
